Beauty Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in luxury beauty, and a specialized focus on fragrance. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of high-end beauty products, with an emphasis on fine fragrance that tells a story, evokes emotion, and elevates the brand experience.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of our luxury fragrance portfolio—from concept through launch—working closely with world-renowned perfumers, designers, and marketing teams. A deep understanding of the luxury market, consumer trends, and fragrance craftsmanship is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development lifecycle for luxury beauty products, especially fine fragrances.

• Partner with fragrance houses, perfumers, and internal teams to create standout scents and beautiful packaging.

• Define product vision, strategy, and positioning within the prestige beauty and fragrance space.

• Conduct trend analysis, competitive research, and market insight to inform innovation and long-term roadmap.

• Ensure all products meet high standards of luxury, quality, and brand consistency.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, R&D, marketing, and operations to bring ideas to market.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of product management experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, or related industry.

• Direct experience with fragrance development or strong fragrance house partnerships.

• Deep knowledge of the premium/luxury consumer and global beauty trends.

• Aesthetic sensibility and appreciation for design, storytelling, and sensory detail.

• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
