Program Manager

✅ Overall Objective

Lead and deliver enterprise-wide data programmes that align Finance and Data Engineering teams to achieve strategic business outcomes using Agile methodologies.

💼 Experience & Expertise

• Programme Delivery: 8–12+ years leading complex, multi-stream programmes, ideally in finance and/or data transformation.
• Agile Proficiency: Deep understanding of Agile and hybrid methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks).
• Enterprise Data Knowledge: Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (Azure, Databricks), governance, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between finance stakeholders and technical data teams.
• Translate financial processes/reporting needs into technical requirements and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Finance SMEs, Product Owners).
• Manage stakeholders, risks, budgets, and governance effectively.
• Ensure on-time and value-driven programme outcomes.

• Engage with senior leadership on programme direction, strategic alignment, and risk resolution.
• Confident in influencing and decision-making across business and IT domains.
