JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role: Project Manager

Location: Singapore

Experience 12+ Years

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 7-8 years Business Analyst / Project Management experiences in banking sector, preferably with private banking experiences, and knowledge of CRM tools
• Excellent understanding of the software development process
• 3+ years CRM experience – MS Dynamics desirable
• Previous experience in delivery of projects within the CRM function, preferably utilising MS Dynamics CRM
• Minimum of 5 years in Management Consulting, Program/Project Management technology organization.
• Proven experience in working global IT projects – demonstrate past project experience in working with onshore and offshore resources, software vendors, and global deployment locations
• Organize, lead, and manage business application projects including planning, budget and resource management, requirements gathering, process design, solution design, development, security and infrastructure management and implementation
• Work closely with IT technical leadership to develop system solutions to meet business integration and scalability requirements
• Experience in project management, business analysis, and business process re-engineering.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Jira and Excel, with expertise in visual layout, presentation design, and messaging.

Familiar with RFQ processes and standards, including specification, issuance, and contract negotiations.

Strong client management and interaction experience.
