Data Scientist/AI Engineer

We are looking for a Data Scientist/AI Engineer, who will design data-driven insight products, build statistical models, and develop advanced machine learning capabilities. The candidate will also carry out propensity modeling, clustering, and segmentation to enhance data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on leveraging data science techniques to improve operational efficiency and insights.

Scope of Responsibilities:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, data science, and operational optimization, enhancing the capabilities of advanced machine learning models and systems.

• Conduct daily reviews of transcripts, summaries, data extracts, and task detections to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Enhance and expand the Custom Language Model and vocabulary for AWS Transcribe to improve transcription results.
• Identify and address edge cases, bugs, and LLM hallucinations to optimize system performance.
• Refine and develop prompts to mitigate issues such as edge cases, bugs, and LLM hallucinations.
• Implement strategies to enhance transcript quality, including noise cancellation, noise gates, de-noising, side chatter removal, and exploring new transcription models.
• Experiment with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning parameters and analyzing outputs to enhance performance and accuracy.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with AWS Transcribe for transcription management.
• Expertise in transcript summarization using Anthropic Haikku LLM.
• Strong skills in data extraction from documents and PDFs using Anthropic Haikku LLM.
• Proficiency in task detection with Anthropic Sonnet LLM.
• English Language
