Project Manager - Cyber Security & Networking

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile Network/Cyber Security project implementations across the UAE and GCC. This role involves overseeing multiple concurrent projects and managing resources to successfully support a portfolio of prestigious clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-profile project implementations, ensuring successful delivery across the UAE, GCC, and international markets.
• Coordinate and manage project resources across multiple regions, maintaining alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
• Inspire, develop, and coach assigned team members to drive high performance and professional growth.
• Manage escalations and act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, ensuring timely and effective resolution of critical issues.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial feasibility assessments and RFP development through to design, development, testing, delivery, and post-implementation review.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet high standards of quality, efficiency, and consistency.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively for requirements gathering, functional specification development, system testing, and user training initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to validate the feasibility and clarity of business requirements.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks and issues, and provide regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience managing cyber, networking or IT Infrastructure projects will be preferred.
