What Will You Be Doing?
- Champion operational excellence across regional marketing teams — identifying smarter ways to plan, execute, and measure success.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables like a pro.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, and more to build systems, tools, and workflows that drive better, faster outcomes.
- Lead planning and prioritisation across marketing, spotting potential blockers early and finding solutions before they become problems.
- Build dashboards and tracking systems to monitor performance, share actionable insights, and inform strategic decisions.
- Support marketing leadership as a trusted operational partner — helping regional leads plan campaigns, allocate resources, and continuously improve.
- Bring a strategic lens to everything you do, helping Afterpay scale our marketing operations across multiple regions with confidence and clarity.
About you:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar strategic operations role in a high-growth environment.
- B2C experience in retail, fintech or tech is preferred but not essential.
- Proven success leading cross-functional projects independently — from brainstorming to final delivery.
- Analytical and data-driven — you use numbers to find insights and technology to unlock better ways of working.
- Confident navigating systems and platforms like Airtable, Tableau, Salesforce — and collaborating with tech and data teams to build smarter workflows.
