Project Manager – Life Sciences / Pharma

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-impact pharmaceutical and biotech projects, supporting the development and launch of cutting-edge medicines. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with global clients to ensure the timely, quality delivery of complex programs in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle from tech transfer to development and final delivery
• Oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and compliance with GMP and internal standards
• Act as the key client contact, ensuring proactive communication and expectation management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (scientists, engineers, QA, regulatory, manufacturing)
• Identify risks, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement across projects
• Support development of new service offerings and best practices

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in pharma/biotech project management
• Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory, and quality systems
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana)
