We seek a Junior Project Manager willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

About The Project

• Work within the Data Factory program, focused on building a data aggregation and curation platform.
• Technology stack includes relational databases and ETL, aimed at centralizing and harmonizing operational and referential data.
• The goal is to provide a single, trusted repository with qualified, fit-for-purpose data.
  
  

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and animate daily meetings, providing updates on progress, blockers, and planning delays.
• Support end-to-end accountability for achieving IT project objectives in alignment with Sponsor commitments.
• Help the team work autonomously and efficiently, promoting continuous improvement.
• Organize and facilitate project ceremonies, including PI Planning (quarterly) and other Agile events.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira.
• Nice to have: Background in IT – understanding of ETL processes and database concepts.
• Fluent English (C2 level) – spoken, written, and reading.

• Autonomous, organized, and delivery-focused with great attention to detail.
• Dynamic and proactive – takes initiative to anticipate risks and prevent issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and align with stakeholders.
