We are looking for a Functional Analyst – Business Intelligence to join our team and act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is critical in translating business needs into effective BI solutions that support data‑driven decision‑making.

Your Role

As a Functional Analyst – BI, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, as well as supporting the design and implementation of robust Business Intelligence solutions. You’ll work closely with both business users and technical teams to ensure data accuracy, usability, and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, gather, and document business requirements for BI initiatives
• Design and support the development of BI data models
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate their needs into clear technical specifications
• Support the definition of data models and ETL mapping rules
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure data quality and consistency
• Provide training and functional support to BI tools’ users
