Role Overview: 

As a Senior Front-End Developer at Nooga, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of front-end features for our Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira integration products. Collaborating with peers at a similar level, you will contribute to shaping the direction of our products, ensuring our web applications are of high quality and impactful. As an early team member, you’ll also have the opportunity to influence the company’s growth and success. 

Responsibilities: 

• Leading the development of impactful features. 
• Architecting scalable, efficient React.js solutions. 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and peers at a similar level. 
• Ensuring the highest standards of code quality and performance. 
• Identifying and addressing technical issues proactively. 
• Participating in strategic planning and decision-making. 
• Driving continuous improvement in development processes. 
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Extensive experience with React.js and TypeScript. 
• Proficiency with complementary technologies such as Redux, and Webpack. 
• Proven track record in architecting complex UI solutions. 
• Expertise in front-end build tools and pipelines. 
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration. 
• Familiarity with security best practices. 
• Experience with performance optimization techniques. 
• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments and cross-functional teams. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Previous mentoring experience is a plus.
