💸 The Role

This is more than just a product management role — it’s about learning the full lifecycle of building financial products that users trust and love. You’ll work closely with the product and engineering teams, help shape features, and drive the evolution of how people interact with their money every day.

You’ll be obsessed with financial products, passionate about making complex concepts simple, and eager to grow into a true product leader.

🧠 What You’ll Do?

• Support the full product development process from idea to launch.

• Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and user interviews.

• Help prioritize product backlogs and write clear, actionable feature requirements.

• Work closely with designers and engineers to build, test, and launch features.

• Track product performance and gather insights for future iterations.

• Deep dive into financial product mechanics. (Investing, Payments, Wealth Building)

• Constantly learn and propose new ideas to improve Slayz’s offerings.

💪 What You Bring?

• A strong interest in Finance, FinTech, and Investment Products.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience or a demonstrated passion for building and improving financial products.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A problem-solver mindset with a willingness to ask questions and dig deep.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfort working with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Marketing).

• Strong communication skills — both verbal and written.

⚡ Bonus Points

• Experience working in fintech, banking, investing, or payment startups.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, Trello, Zoho ETC.

• Basic understanding of user analytics, funnel analysis, or cohort metrics.

• Personal investing experience. (Stocks, Crypto, ETF, Options)
