Job Role - Head FP&A

Location: Muscat

Job Summary: The Head of FP&A will lead the financial planning and budgeting functions

of the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Professional Certification such as CA/CPA/СМА.
• 8+ years of Post Qualification Experience.
• Strong data analytics skill.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (eg. SAP, Oracle, Tally) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Lead the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning process in
• coordination with business units.
• -Provide monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews with variance
• analysis vs. budget/forecast.
• -Partner with business leaders to analyse revenue trends, cost drivers, and
• profitability improvement opportunities.
• -Identify KPIs and develop dashboards for financial and operational performance
• tracking.
• -Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and Business Finance teams to ensure data
• consistency and alignment.
• -Present key findings and financial insights to senior leadership.
• -Develop tools and automation to streamline planning and reporting cycles.
• -Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
