Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Architecture: Own the front-end tech stack, define architecture, coding standards, and lead knowledge sharing within the team.
• Agile Software Delivery: Work with your team to meet delivery goals within agile frameworks, ensuring high-quality product launches within agreed timelines.
• Team Mentorship & Development: Foster a high-performing, collaborative environment, empowering your team through mentorship and continuous improvement.

Tech Stack

• React, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks
• GraphQL (integrated within the platform)
• Cloud-native architecture and micro frontends
• CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• High-performance monitoring and observability platforms

Who You Are

You have deep experience in front-end web development and a strong understanding of system architecture and front-end technologies. You bring expertise in scaling platforms, cloud integrations, and modern development practices. You have experience working in at the Principal/TL level within a large scale digital business.

You excel in a collaborative, agile environment and are adept at influencing cross-functional teams. Your leadership style encourages innovation and continuous learning, empowering the team to deliver exceptional results.
