Senior Business Analyst

Location: Luxembourg

Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders to capture insights and align on business needs;
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate requirements to support the delivery of effective and high-quality solutions;
• Create clear, detailed, and accurate functional specifications;
• Model and document business processes for clarity and consistency;
• Coordinate and support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, ensuring user needs are validated;
• Act as a liaison between project stakeholders to clarify expectations, define success criteria, and incorporate feedback;
• Provide first-line support for the organization’s specialized ERP platform.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or a related field;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role involving user support;
• Hands-on experience with niche or specialized ERP systems, ideally in a complex or professional services environment;
• Proficient in both French and English, with strong communication skills in both languages;
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound judgment;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to understand complex technical and business systems;
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting;
• Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint);
• Working knowledge of collaboration and project management tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA.
