Business Analyst & Project Manager PMO (80-100%)

As a Business Analyst & Project Manager (PMO), you will drive the evolution of our innovation project management office (PMO) by leading strategic initiatives, defining new project management frameworks, and executing complex innovation enablement projects. You will be responsible for advancing project methodologies, aligning senior-level stakeholders, managing cross-functional taskforces, and delivering powerful data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

What You'll Do

• Independently lead PMO-driven innovation projects and organizational development initiatives.
• Define and implement new project management processes and frameworks, and train stakeholders across the organization.
• Analyze complex datasets and create executive-level dashboards (using Power BI, Python, Pivot Tables) to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and optimize automation solutions via Python, Power Query, and API integration for the PMO.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance within SAP and the broader tool landscape.
• Lead task forces, manage escalations to senior management, and drive key stakeholder alignment.
• Align project management practices with global stakeholders and innovation enablement initiatives.
  
  

Who You Are

• University degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in Business Informatics, Innovation Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience as a PMO expert, project manager, or in a similar strategic project management function.
• Strong analytical capabilities and technical proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strategic thinker with proven ability to drive process improvements and organizational alignment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including at the executive level.
• Self-driven, resilient, and eager to take ownership in a dynamic innovative environment.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency (B2-C1) is highly desirable.
