Global Operations & Strategy Analyst

Merzigo is seeking a Global Operations & Strategy Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for managing operational workflows, analyzing data, and supporting strategic decision-making to optimize global processes.

Position: Global Operations & Strategy Analyst

Location: Etiler, Istanbul

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance internal workflows and operational processes
• Analyze operational data and identify patterns to support process optimization
• Prepare and deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
• Assist in the development of operational strategies and business improvements
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure operational alignment and efficiency
• Track and evaluate global operations, identifying potential risks and opportunities
• Support global partnership processes with analytical and operational insights
• Develop performance reports and maintain accurate documentation of business activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in operations, business analysis, strategy, or similar areas
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret complex data
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Excellent written and spoken English for managing global operations and preparing reports
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate insights clearly
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in performance monitoring, process improvement, or business analysis (preferred)
• Knowledge of global operations management and partnership processes (preferred)
• Familiarity with SQL, SAP, or other data analysis platforms (preferred)
