Projects Manager (multi-project)

Jw Turner Contracting LLC, an affiliate of Paris Group, is an in-house provider of high-quality fit-out and maintenance services, specializing in retail and hospitality projects. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Projects Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of fit-out projects across retail, luxury residential villas, F&B/hospitality sectors in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-specification interiors, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, from mobilization to handover.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control activities.
• Supervise site execution and ensure work complies with design, specifications, and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee procurement and logistics planning in coordination with the procurement team.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Review and approve project documentation including method statements, risk assessments, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with design, commercial, and technical teams to resolve any design or execution challenges.
• Track project milestones and provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
• Manage project budgets, prepare cost reports, and support value engineering efforts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant UAE regulations, municipal codes, and authority approvals (e.g., DM, DDA, Trakhees, ADM).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in interior fit-out project management, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
• Proven experience in managing a variety of fit-out projects including retail stores, luxury villas, F&B/hospitality, residential and commercial spaces.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, construction methodologies, and authority approvals in the UAE.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time-critical and high-end projects under pressure.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
