We are seeking a Full Stack Analyst who can bring together Data Science, Business Intelligence, Experimentation, and Marketing Analytics best practices to support our clients. This role requires a person who can architect, develop, and maintain analytics pipelines while collaborating effectively with clients and Concord teams. Expertise in data manipulation, machine learning, and data science techniques combined with strong organizational skill are a must for this role.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaboratively design and implement data & analytics solutions with clients, including initial design through final delivery.
• Provide an appropriately rigorous analysis to the client depending on the use case.
• Interpret data in a way that leads to actionable strategies.
• Leverage data manipulation tools such as SQL, Python, R, or other tools to create and capture the appropriate analysis.
• Leverage machine supervised and unsupervised learning techniques as appropriate to gather answers for the client.
• Create and evaluate Large Language Model (LLM) prompts and responses for use in data products.
• Utilize event-driven data to create dashboards in tools such as Tableau, emphasizing core KPIs.
• Advise on the most fitting type of analysis or data product to address business questions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of digital analytics or machine learning experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of data analysis and storytelling: Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, Qliksense, Looker, GA4, or BigQuery; Python experience (including Spark/PySpark) is a plus.
• Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or other Warehousing and Analytics platforms preferred.
• AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or other cloud provider experience preferred.
• Knowledge of statistical tests, A/B testing, predictive analytics, or Machine Learning a plus
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and flawless customer-centric focus.
• BS/BA in Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, Psychology, UX, or Business or related fields.
• A love for data, and sound belief in its possibilities.

Additional Information

• Employment type: Full-time role.
• Location: Prefer candidates located in Kansas City. Occasionally visiting the offices at Minneapolis or Kansas City might be required.
• If remote, preferred locations include: Denver, Minneapolis, Richmond or Mountain View
