Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically in contributing to the Digital Onboarding Journey, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Group Technology.

You’ll get to

• develop software solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation projects
• analyze data to optimize the manufacturing process
• support engineering projects in the pilot plan
• create efficiencies with room for experimentation to try new things and implement industry best practices to form the foundation of our overall Client Onboarding Strategy
  
  

Your team

You’ll be working in our Digital Onboarding team, a cutting-edge hub within UBS dedicated to harnessing the power of digitalization to drive innovation and excellence. Our mission is to develop, test, and deploy software solutions that enhance our business operations, improve client experiences, and maintain our competitive edge in the financial industry.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree), preferably in a MINT topic
• has analytical skills and a data driven mindset
  
  

know-how gained from experience (internship or similar) in Java development

• has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
