Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring a Scrum Master/Project Manager to join our client in Cork. emagine is a high-end professional services consultancy and solutions firm specialising in providing business and technology services to clients in all sectors.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead Agile teams and ensure successful project delivery. This hybrid role combines Agile facilitation with traditional project management responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to work on automation and AI tools.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Act as a coach and servant leader to Agile teams, removing blockers and enabling high performance.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams to maintain a clear and prioritised backlog.
• Take ownership of overall project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scope, and resource management.
• Drive project timelines and deliverables across multiple teams or workstreams.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Contribute to roadmap development and support strategic planning initiatives.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar dual-function role, driving team performance and delivering results.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
• Experience managing project planning, budgeting, scoping, and resourcing.
• Experience in automation and technology deployment projects, ideally involving AI tools or AI related projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
