The Brand/ Consumer Insights Analyst will deliver valuable consumer and market insights to inform and shape brand recognition, sales and marketing strategies. This role will focus on identifying trends, analysing consumer behaviour, synthesizing data into compelling stories, and providing actionable insights to shape marketing and sales strategies.

Location - Mokotow, Warsaw.


Brand Analytics & Insights Generation

  • Analyse, evaluate, and interpret data from multiple sources (market research, sales data, digital analytics, consumer trends) to generate actionable consumer insights.
  • Track and evaluate brand, category, and portfolio performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop strategic insights reports summarizing key findings, including consumer shopping behaviours, product performance, and category growth opportunities.
  • Develop brand tracker dashboards and reports on key performance metrics.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills and data visualization tools to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and presentations for key stakeholders.


Market Research & Consumer Insights

  • Manage and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects to understand consumer behaviours, preferences, and trends.
  • Leverage external research agencies, syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, Euromonitor, IWSR), and internal tools to support business decision-making.
  • Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations to enhance brand positioning, product innovation, and go-to-market strategies.


Market Performance & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor competitors, category dynamics, and industry trends, providing intelligence on market movements.
  • Conduct deep dives into pricing, promotion effectiveness, and market share analysis to support commercial decision-making.
  • Partner with marketing and commercial teams to optimize brand and portfolio strategies based on data-driven insights.


Candidate’s Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or consumer insights roles, preferably in FMCG or Consumer Goods industries.
  • Demonstrated experience working with market research platforms (e.g., Nielsen, IWSR, Euromonitor).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other data analytics relevant degree.
  • Strong Analytical Ability – Ability to analyse large datasets, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights to support decision-making.
  • Data Synthesis & Storytelling – Skilled at translating complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel Proficiency – Experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced data analysis techniques.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting – Ability to create visually impactful reports and presentations using PowerPoint and other visualization tools.
  • Executive Communication – Must be able to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen – Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and how insights drive business strategy.
