Senior Software Engineer

You’ll be both a hands-on builder and a trusted advisor, solving complex challenges using modern data tools. As part of a fast-growing, agile team, you’ll help shape technical direction.

What You Bring:

• Solid experience as a Engineer (cloud-based projects — Azure is ideal)
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Pro to have experience with Data tools
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort with juggling multiple tasks/projects
• Fluency in Norwegian

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building modern cloud-based data solutions (primarily on Azure)
• Designing and implementing robust, scalable data pipelines using tools like Databricks, dbt, Synapse, Python, and SQL
• Acting as both a hands-on developer and a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders
• Solving complex challenges, independently and as part of a team
• Contributing to project decisions and shaping the long-term tech stack
• Working in a collaborative, flat structure where your input truly matters
