Product Manager

Role Overview:

As the leader of a dedicated product team comprising DevOps, product design, and UX specialists, you will collaborate closely with management and suppliers. Your mission is to delight our customers with features such as easy remote access to IoT devices via managed VPN, SIM card management and configuration through a user-friendly web portal and powerful API, eSIM functionality for remote SIM card changes, and more.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

• Product Management Experience: Proven ability to lead product development teams and apply agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of software development and experience working with DevOps teams and emerging technologies such as AI and cloud services.
• Customer Orientation: Skill in translating customer feedback and user requirements into product decisions and developing a user-centric product strategy.
• Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication skills and experience working with interdisciplinary teams, including design, development, marketing, and sales.
• Project Management and Organisation: Ability to lead projects from conception to implementation while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Strategic Thinking and Innovation: Capability to develop product visions and implement innovative solutions that distinguish the company from competitors.
• Must be fluent in German

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary up to €120k
