Application Support Engineer (Actimize)

Job Description

Our client, a prestigious international private bank, is seeking a talented IT Solutions Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will support and enhance compliance systems, drive automation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless system performance by collaborating closely with business and compliance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid background in application management, including support, release processes, DevOps, and ITIL practices
• Strong hands-on experience and proficiency in Java
• Familiarity with compliance tools like Nice Actimize (or similar)
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace is an advantage
• Good understanding of compliance or regulatory frameworks
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
