UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our IT team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences that align with business objectives. You will work through the full design lifecycle, from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery, ensuring that both technical feasibility and user satisfaction are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into engaging and functional UI/UX solutions.
Design and iterate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously refine designs.
Ensure designs are technically feasible and work closely with frontend/backend developers for seamless implementation.
Contribute to design system maintenance and advocate for consistent UI patterns across platforms.
Identify and resolve user experience issues and performance bottlenecks.
Stay updated with emerging design trends and modern front-end technologies.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Support development of proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new features or technologies.
Contribute to incident management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Experience

2–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, user research, and product design.
Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.

Skills

Strong skills in wireframing, user flows, interaction design, and usability testing.
Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with React, Typescript, Node.js, and GraphQL is a plus.
Ability to design scalable, accessible, and responsive interfaces across devices.
Strong communication, time management, and collaborative skills.
Analytical mindset with experience using telemetry or data for design decisions.
