QA/QC Engineer (IT & E-Services)

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to lead quality assurance and control efforts for software applications, e-services, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure robust testing frameworks, proactively identify system defects, and collaborate across departments to uphold the highest quality standards in technology operations and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for digital services, software applications, and IT infrastructure.
• Detect, log, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Define and monitor key quality metrics such as defect density, testing coverage, and performance benchmarks; regularly report results to stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct performance and load testing for IT infrastructure and applications; analyze results to recommend performance optimizations.
• Work cross-functionally with developers, product managers, network engineers, and IT operations to integrate quality from project inception to delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating existing QA/QC processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Contribute to capacity planning efforts by analyzing system performance data and providing actionable insights.
• Ensure testing methodologies and quality practices are aligned with evolving technology and industry trends.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or infrastructure performance analysis.
• Strong experience in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman) and frameworks.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
• Solid understanding of performance testing and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with QA standards, best practices, and relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
