Senior Technical Project Manager/Lead – ERP

To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced project manager with team management experience. This will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on in their role.

You will be a key member of the PMO team, driving the successful delivery of the company’s ERP transformation project.

About Your New Job:

• Oversee the technical delivery for the programme, including infrastructure, data migration, BI development, and ERP interfaces, ensuring they are delivered on time and to high standards.
• Collaborate with the Project Director and PMO to define role, set deliverables and create detailed project plans
• Managing individuals or teams through line management (performance reviews, etc.)
• Maintain and monitor a RAID log, proactively identifying and escalating risks and issues
• Lead weekly updates and facilitate meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide project updates and maintain alignment
• Compliance and Quality Assurance

What Skills You’ll Need:

• 5+ years’ experience in IT project management, especially ERP (preferably Microsoft Dynamics but open on ERP software type) implementations, data warehousing and BI dashboard development
• Team management experience is required
• Degree in IT or Project Management with project management certification
• Strong background in data migration, BI and infrastructure, MS Dynamics architecture is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication skills, as well as ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders
