Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our people in information technology operations focus on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.

In IT asset management at PwC, you will focus on managing and optimising the lifecycle of technology assets, confirming compliance with licensing agreements, and minimising costs. Your work will involve experience in inventory management, software licensing, and vendor relationship management.

Additional Job Description
Required:

• At least 1 year in Asset Management or  IT similar role
• Knowledge of an inventory or asset control system.

Scope of the position:

• Manage IT asset life cycle for +70.000 devices for US employees, including inventory and crafting forecats.
• Monitoring and reconciling assets at vendor and onsite locations
• Keeping IT ticketing management system updated
• Responding to end user questions about IT Assets with a seeking excellence in customer service
