About The Role

We are looking for a person passionate about user research, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be curious, empathetic, organized, and have excellent communication skills. If you are interested in being the voice of the user and contributing to the creation of products that transform the financial lives of Latinos, we are looking for you!

Responsibilities

• Support in the execution of research activities (user recruitment, interviews, usability tests, surveys).
• Basic data analysis.
• Documentation of findings.
• Support in achieving the research coverage goal.
• Actively contribute to the complete cycle of at least 8 research projects per year, from planning to the presentation of basic findings.

• Active and analytical listening: Genuine capacity to capture key information through observation and listening, identifying user needs and behavior patterns.
• Structured curiosity: Ability to ask relevant questions and continue learning.
• Critical thinking: Ability to analyze findings without assumptions, connecting the dots objectively.
• Clear communication: Ability to convey user stories in a simple and actionable way.
• Organization: High level of organization to document findings and maintain active research repositories.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Experience applying at least two research methods such as qualitative interviews and usability testing.
• Fundamental theoretical knowledge of user research methodologies, both qualitative (interviews, usability tests, ethnography) and quantitative (surveys, basic metrics analysis).
• Availability to participate in an interview or technical test that demonstrates experience and the design process (not only final results).
