Senior Planning & Scheduling Manager/Lead- (Data Centre | Permanent Role | Finland)

SilverBack is recruiting on behalf of a world-class engineering and construction company for an exciting permanent opportunity in Finland. This role is ideal for a Senior Planning & Scheduling Manager/ Lead with a solid engineering background, hands-on planning expertise, and experience leading complex technical programmes.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the planning and scheduling function on a high-profile data centre project
• Build and manage detailed project programmes using Primavera P6
• Oversee lookahead planning, progress monitoring, and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project milestones
• Use data-driven insights to drive decisions, identify risks, and support project delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong, hands-on expertise in Primavera P6
• Proven experience in technical planning, schedule development, and programme control
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Data Centre experience is a plus
• EU citizenship required
