What is the Main Aim of This Position?
In line with the strategies and goals of Eti Group of Companies, it is responsible for providing the most appropriate development solutions for the development needs of the employees so that they can perform their current jobs better and transform their potential into performance in the future; and carrying out the learning and development activities needed by the organization and employees.
What We Expect From You?
- To conduct need analysis in order to determine the development needs of the organization, department and employees in line with the strategic plans of Eti Group of Companies and Eti Academy, create a training plan; contribute to the creation of the training budget; monitor the implementation and efficiency of training and development activities,
- To implement, coordinate, follow up on training and development activities that will provide technical, functional, behavioral, foreign language development and regulatory knowledge and skills development that employees need while doing their jobs, using appropriate training and development methods, analyze training results and take remedial actions if necessary,
- To implement leadership and talent development programs that will develop the managerial skills needed by managers and management candidates with appropriate training and development methods, monitoring them, analyzing training results and taking remedial actions if necessary,
- To implement and coordinate training and development activities to improve company culture, analyzing training results and taking remedial actions if necessary,
- To ensure that central training and development activities are disseminated in global locations; to monitor the training and development activities implemented in global locations, to ensure their continuity and to analyze the results, and to coordinate the locations,
- To implement and develop the job orientation program prepared for new employees and monitoring its effectiveness,
- To use digital education and development tools that will increase the effectiveness of training programs and adapting different tools to the system,
- To conduct research and make recommendations regarding current education and development activities both in the world and in Turkey; to ensure that new education and development methods and tools are included in the programs,
- To direct supplier companies and evaluating suppliers to ensure that the training to be received from training suppliers is specific to Eti, as per the needs.
Why You?
- If you have minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in training.
- If you have an advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, with the ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights.
- If you have strong command of English (both written and spoken), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
