Software Engineer – Puzzle Games (Unity)

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and takes pride in building high-quality systems. You’ll take technical ownership of key areas, contribute to architectural decisions, and help establish strong coding practices. You’ll also support and guide other developers, helping the whole team grow stronger together.

This is a hands-on development role with room to shape both the product and the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain core gameplay and systems using Unity (C#)
• Shape architecture and coding standards that scale with game complexity and team size
• Collaborate cross-functionally with artists, designers, and other developers to deliver polished features
• Review code and mentor teammates, fostering a culture of quality and growth
• Own systems end-to-end—from concept to deployment, iteration, and improvement
• Champion performance, maintainability, and code health across the codebase

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional game development experience, ideally with Unity
• Strong grasp of clean, modular, and maintainable code practices
• Experience guiding or mentoring developers, even informally
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, solutions-first mindset
• Great communicator and team player who thrives in collaborative environments
• Genuine passion for mobile games, especially puzzle-based mechanics and player-centric design

Bonus:

• Shipped one or more commercial Unity games
• Experience with mobile game optimization and tooling
• Familiarity with live ops, content pipelines, or analytics integration
