Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

As a Full-stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless functionality of our DeFi team’s decentralized applications (DApps). You will work across the frontend, backend, and command-line interfaces (CLI) to optimize smart contract interactions, ensure system integrity, and enhance DeFi protocol performance.

You will also be responsible for monitoring on-chain activity, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing best practices for security and compliance. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with great communication skills and a solid understanding of both frontend technologies and blockchain fundamentals, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with frontend developers to test, debug, and optimize user-facing components for DApps.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of DeFi-focused DApps by supporting frontend operations and ensuring smooth integration with backend systems.
• Execute and monitor DeFi-related operations via command-line interfaces (CLI), including but not limiting to transaction processing, liquidity provisioning, and yield farming activities.
• Manage and maintain operational workflows across multiple DeFi protocols.
• Collaborate with developer teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DeFi infrastructure.
• Monitor on-chain activity, DeFi protocol performance, and system integrity to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain operational best practices for security, compliance, and data privacy in DeFi environments.
• Support incident response processes, including identifying, documenting, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in DeFi protocols, blockchain technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Backend development/Software Engineer/Devops/SRE related roles. Plus point if possess experience in DeFi operations, blockchain infrastructure, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in working with command-line interfaces (Linux/Unix) and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Ability to work with APIs and integrate blockchain-based backend systems with DApp user interfaces.
• Good understanding of frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and how they interact with smart contracts.
• Good understanding of blockchain concepts, including public/private keys, wallets, transactions, and smart contracts. One should be able to articulate beyond the search engine definitions of these concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Able to articulate thoughts, suggestions, roadblocks in a respectful and constructive manner.
• Proactive, independent individual who takes ownership to improve their skill set.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Chinese for smooth communication with internal stakeholders.
