UX/UI Designer – MVP for SaaS Talent Platform

Skill Scanner is an emerging SaaS platform that connects Australian employers with global, pre-vetted talent ready for visa sponsorship. We’re building a lean, intuitive MVP to validate the concept and bring early traction — and we’re looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to lead the design execution.

This is a contract role, ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments and enjoys creating clean, user-friendly digital experiences from the ground up.

What you’ll design:

• Multi-step candidate and employer registration
• Search, match & shortlist flows
• Responsive dashboards
• A simple, rule-based matching interface
• All wrapped in a streamlined, scalable UX

What you bring:

• Strong Figma skills (design systems, prototyping)
• 2–5 years in UX/UI (bonus: SaaS or HR tech experience)
• Passion for usability, clean flows, and startup agility
• Clear communication and the ability to work closely with engineers
• Bonus: design for compliance, AI-readiness, and accessibility
