Introduction

We're hiring for an experienced Project Lead to support major Data Centre projects in Finland, working with a rapidly growing team in the Mission Critical sector.

• Up to €130,000 per year
• Rotation: 2.5 weeks in Finland / 4 days off
• EU passport required

You'll manage subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and key milestones, acting as the main client-facing lead from build to handover. Big-project experience in mission critical environments is essential.

What will I be doing and what do I need to succeed?

We're looking for someone who's led the charge on large-scale projects-ideally in the Data Centre space. If you've worked as a Project Lead or Director and have experience navigating high-pressure, complex builds, you'll fit right in.

✅ You'll need to hold an EU passport, as this role is based in Finland.

✅ Experience in Data Centres is a big plus, but if your background covers similar high-value, mission-critical projects, we'd still love to hear from you.

We're after more than just a strong CV-you'll need to bring a positive, can-do attitude, fresh ideas, and the ability to think on your feet to keep projects moving and teams aligned.
