At Adform’s Project Management Office (PMO), we are passionate about delivering high-quality results and ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless project execution. Our team leads Adform’s most strategic projects, manages our project management competence center, and nurtures the next generation of project managers through education and mentoring. We play a key role in driving major organizational changes—from software development and revenue-focused initiatives to the implementation of internal systems and business processes. We’re currently looking for a new team member to join us in our office in Vilnius or Kaunas.

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality targets are met
• Identify project stakeholders and accommodate their needs and expectations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project goals and success metrics
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution
• Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring alignment and engagement
• Contribute to the development of project management best practices and knowledge sharing within and outside the PMO

We expect you to have:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology industry
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid)
• Great communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage several projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset and a passion for driving results and continuous improvement
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to assess moderately complex situations, identify potential risks or blockers, and make well-reasoned decisions
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
