What You’ll Do:

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects on time and within scope
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders
• Optimize processes and ensure continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
• Based in Switzerland with valid work authorization
