• Invoicing & Process Optimization – Ensure our invoicing runs smoothly and efficiently by refining existing workflows and eliminating errors.
• System Analysis & Improvement – Review and analyze our current systems to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
• Quality & Reliability – Take ownership of system reliability, ensuring stability and high performance.
• Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, and Product teams to integrate backend solutions seamlessly.
• Innovation & Development – Drive innovation and develop future-proof solutions that align with company goals.
• Staying curious – Stay updated on relevant technologies and evaluate how they can benefit our systems and workflows.
  
  

Your future team

The Finance Tech team operates with a high level of autonomy, empowering you to make a significant impact on our systems and processes. Your contributions will directly influence Instabee’s ability to optimize revenue streams, strengthen financial operations, and maintain a cutting-edge financial infrastructure.

You’ll work side by side with senior leaders across finance and Commercial teams, collaborating with Product and Engineering Managers to develop and advocate for innovative solutions. We expect you to bring bold ideas, strong reasoning, and a data-driven mindset to the table - because here, your voice matters.

What We're Looking For

At Instabee we value individuals who are keen to learn and develop their own skill set. If you're a problem solver who loves coding and making complex things work, then this is the place for you. Beyond that we imagine that you have some of the following points on your resumé:

• Strong experience in a backend or fullstack role within a modern tech environment
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with a passion for building scalable solutions
• PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB experience (or equivalent database technologies)
• Basic understanding of Terraform and Linux
• Familiarity with GCP
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
