About The Role
As a Senior Engineering Manager - Frontend Technologies at Cleartrip, you'll be a strategic leader who shapes the future of our user experience (UX) across Cleartrip's travel platform. You'll guide a high-performing team of 15-20 frontend engineers and engineering managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Requirements
○ ReactJS (Next.js) with 5+ years of experience
○ Experience with building Single Page Applications (SPAs) and PWAs
(Progressive Web Apps), server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG) techniques
○ In-depth knowledge of CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
○ Familiarity with TypeScript for strong type safety
○ Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX
○ Experience with UI component libraries like Material-UI or Ant Design

Requirements
- BE/B.Tech (or an equivalent degree) in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 13+ years of experience in frontend engineering, with at least 5 years in the managerial role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing frontend engineering teams.
- In-depth understanding of modern frontend technologies and architectures for building highly scalable and performant web applications
○ ReactJS (Next.js) with 5+ years of experience

- Experience with frontend testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress
- Experience with build tools like Webpack or Parcel
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Experience with React Native or other hybrid mobile app frameworks
- Experience with GraphQL or Relay for efficient data fetching
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (a plus)
- Experience with accessibility best practices (WCAG)
- Experience in building and scaling large-scale frontend systems
