🤖 We’re Hiring: Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Remote within Switzerland)

Are you passionate about building intelligent systems that solve real-world problems? We’re seeking an AI Engineer to develop, train, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models — fully remote, based in Switzerland.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models
• Analyze large datasets to extract patterns and insights
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and product teams
• Optimize model performance and deploy scalable AI solutions
• Stay current with AI/ML research and best practices

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Solid knowledge of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and deployment pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
• Fluent in English; German or French is an advantage
• Based in Switzerland with valid work authorization
