About the Position

My client is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team responsible for delivering a range of healthcare IT projects. This role spans multiple product lines including Radiology, Cardiology, Workflow Optimization, Business Intelligence, infrastructure refreshes, and custom solutions tailored to client-specific needs. Projects may involve new system implementations, upgrades, or add-on components, typically within a clinical or public health environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through closure
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, budgets, and resourcing
• Manage and execute technical infrastructure deployments and software implementations
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and development teams
• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Create and maintain essential project documentation and governance structures
• Implement and oversee change control processes to manage scope and budget effectively
• Forecast project timelines, milestones, and revenue streams
• Provide regular updates and reporting on project status to stakeholders and senior management
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks and objectives
• Support the commercial team with tender responses and pre-sales activities when required

Experience/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management
• Strong proficiency in project management tools such as:

Smartsheets, MS Project, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence

• Previous experience working within a healthcare or clinical environment
• Familiarity with hospital workflows and clinical operations
• Agile project delivery experience
• Strong working knowledge of Smartsheets in a project delivery context
• Strong facilitation, training, and presentation abilities
