We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who is confident in email marketing, capable of effectively planning, executing, and analyzing marketing activities, and has hands-on experience with CRM systems — candidates with HubSpot experience will have a strong advantage.

📌 WHAT WILL YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

Email Marketing & CRM Management:

• Planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns in a CRM platform (HubSpot)
• Audience segmentation, A/B testing, and message automation
• Analyzing results, drawing insights, and optimizing campaigns
• Monitoring competitor campaigns and activities
• Generating email campaign ideas, preparing email templates (content and design), and sending campaigns
• Managing multiple brands across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Creating ad-hoc campaigns upon request

If you’re interested, we are happy to entrust you with additional tasks such as SEO, organic social media management, and design to ensure a dynamic and fulfilling workday.

✅ What We Expect from You:

• At least 3 years of experience working with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
• Experience in email marketing, design, and copywriting
• Hands-on experience with professional email automation tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay up to date with best practices and market trends
• Languages: Fluent Latvian and good English are required, Russian is a plus

➕ Bonus Points for:

• Previous experience in the finance or consumer lending sector
• SEO experience (understanding of SEO tools, working with SEO agencies, website content audits and optimization, ability to analyze algorithm updates and adapt accordingly)
