• Work within our cross functional agile tams to develop and maintain operations center applications,
• Follow the technological changes and produces new ideas to improve the product,
• Collaborating with architecture teams,
• Have the opportunity to work in technology transformation project,
• The Operations Center Solutions development team enables operations center teams to work more efficiently.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields,
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Software Engineering (preferably banking, information technologies, or related sectors),
• Knowledge of object oriented software development languages (.net, Java),
• Experience with SQL Developer, ODI, Splunk, Kafka,
• Experience in development in Web Frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js etc.) is a plus,
• Experience with mainframe technologies (Cobol, PL1 etc.) is a plus,
• Passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes and software applications,
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance,
• Strong debugging skills and proven ability to quickly understand and review other’s code,
• Playing an active role in developing new processes, improving existing processes, overseeing integration points,
• Proactive problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset,
• Strong team player with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and coordination skills,
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills,
• Highly self-motivated and self-organized,
• Openness to change, eagerness to learn and willingness to follow new trends,
• Proficiency in English.
