Job Summary:


We are looking for a Digital Marketing Technical Lead who will oversee the technical execution of marketing-driven web projects, focusing on UX/UI design, content management, web development, performance optimization, and lead generation. This role bridges marketing objectives with technical implementation, ensuring seamless digital experiences, high-performing websites, landing pages, and conversion-oriented platforms that align with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the technical development of marketing websites, microsites, and landing pages with a strong focus on UX/UI and performance.

• Collaborate closely with digital marketers, designers, content creators, and developers to execute web-based marketing campaigns.

• Oversee front-end and back-end web development, ensuring responsiveness, SEO best practices, and optimal load times.

• Manage CMS platforms and domain configurations while ensuring consistency in branding, functionality, and security.

• Create data-driven dashboards and performance reports for marketing platforms, including campaign conversion, traffic behavior, and heatmaps.

• Optimize websites and landing pages for lead generation, conversion rate, and mobile responsiveness.

• Implement tagging, tracking, and integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel, CRM) for performance monitoring and retargeting.

• Lead the integration of third-party tools, APIs, and marketing platforms for seamless user journeys and automation.

• Provide technical support during digital campaign launches and ensure readiness of web assets and environments.

• Ensure QA testing, debugging, and ongoing maintenance for digital platforms.

• Present project updates, results, and performance insights to stakeholders in a clear, visually compelling format.


Required Qualifications & Experience:


• Bachelor’s degree in web development, Computer Science, Digital Marketing Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical web development roles within a digital marketing environment.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).

• Strong experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitecore, etc.) and domain/DNS management.

• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).

• Experience in SEO, SEM, analytics, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and lead-gen strategy.

• Familiarity with CRM integrations, automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing tech stacks.


Preferred Skills:


• Strong presentation and communication skills; able to simplify technical terms for business stakeholders.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools for reporting (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).

• Experience with accessibility (WCAG) and web compliance standards.

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to lead cross-functional technical projects.

• Understanding of marketing KPIs and how to support them technically.
