Tech Lead – AWS DevOps Engineer ( Fintech )

TCG has partnered with a fast-growing fintech scale-up in Dubai is hiring a Tech Lead DevOps Engineer to take ownership of its AWS infrastructure as it scales across the MENA region. Backed by global investors, the company is expanding fast and needs a hands-on leader to drive automation, security, and reliability.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and scale AWS infrastructure (ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.)
- Own CI/CD pipelines and Terraform-based IaC
- Drive observability, security, and platform performance
- Collaborate with engineers, product, and leadership
- Mentor junior DevOps talent
What You’ll Bring:
- 6+ years in DevOps with strong AWS expertise
- Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Startup or scale-up experience preferred
