As a Frontend Software Engineer Lead, you will leverage our technical expertise to transform business requirements into impactful digital banking products that serve our end users. You'll play an integral role in the design of our digital banking solutions, ensuring the delivery of a high-performance, secure, and intuitive banking system.

Job Description

• Develop frontend product requirements for banking and financial services, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Lead the overall frontend architecture design and business selection process, overseeing the foundational technology, application frameworks, and engineering system construction for the team.
• Continuously optimize existing products based on real-world business scenarios, while researching and implementing cutting-edge frontend technologies to enhance system speed, stability, scalability, and user experience.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline, streamline development processes, and drive improvements in developer efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer-related field, with at least 5 years of full-time development experience.
• Proficient in relevant technical solutions, capable of organising continuous optimisation of technical solutions, assessing and introducing new technologies.
• Proficient in native JavaScript programming and familiar with at least one frontend development framework such as React, Vue.js, or Angular, with experience in developing complex application scenarios.
• Familiar with various browser platform characteristics, and the ability to resolve browser compatibility issues.
• Practical experience in frontend architecture design, technology selection, performance optimisation, and development standard formulation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly address and resolve online incidents.
• Prior experience in financial development is preferred.
