Part time Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in technical assistance to strengthen our team. The candidate will join a scientific team and work closely with experienced researchers. The project aims to enhance capacities and support the monitoring and assessment of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risks, as well as climate risks. The scientific teams of the project identify, review, and apply relevant data, scenarios, and climate stress-test models. The goal is to integrate the assessment of ESG and climate risks into daily operations.

The Project Manager will be responsible for preparing administrative and technical reports, daily communication (via email and MS Teams) with the project team and partners, monitoring internal and official deadlines, participating in weekly online project meetings with partners, supporting regular communication and interactions, including drafting discussion documents and preparing post-meeting reports, and assisting with project-related travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant fields
• At least 3 years of project management experience
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken), as daily communication with project partners is in English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Experience in communicating with authorities or private investors
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

Pay range and compensation package - Salary: €2,500 to €4,000 per month, depending on experience, on a part-time basis (20 hours/week)
