Location: Onsite

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Solid proven experience as Business Analyst and adequate relevant experience in project management;
• Experience as facilitator in the organisation of workshops and market survey;
• Good knowledge and understanding of Financial products (Treasury and Capital markets, or Lending market);
• Knowledge of SWIFT market standards (MTs 103, 202,910 and their corresponding MXs).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
• Proficiency in MS Visio or similar tool;
• Good communication and drafting skills

Technical Evaluations:

• Experience in Finance industry and more specifically on payment/confirmation messages
• Experience as Business Analyst, focusing on Back-Office activities and processing of reflows
• Knowledge and understanding of financial products and Back-Office activities (Treasury & Capital markets, or Lending market)
• Knowledge of SWIFT market standards (Payment and confirmation messages)

Main Tasks:

• Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops with the relevant stakeholders;
• Conduct key business analysis, collect detailed requirements from all stakeholders and perform analysis;
• Review and improve the Reflow Matching process, in agreement with the process owner;
• Make recommendations to simplify and improve existing processes and procedures;
• Together with IT, analyse and propose new technical facilities (i.e., Robot/AI, other systems relating to data extract);
• Conduct and analyse market solutions based on Finance Department requirements: prepare the Functional Requirements;
• Organize workshops with external counterparts to better understand their processes and the tools/applications used;
• For the new Business logic/functionalities/processes, set up the new process flow and procedures, prepare the specifications;
• Organize presentations to other Services to onboard new stakeholders/functionalities;
• Maintain and update the project documentation to reflect work completed/progress made and identify existing or possible blocking points (e.g. constraints, risks, dependencies, etc.). Monitor them and periodically prepare the status report for the senior management.
• Prepare Test scenarios and schedule the UAT with final users;
• Execute and document the UAT test execution;
• Prepare the User Manual and execute the proper handover of related working papers and deliverables before completing the assignment.
