AI Product Owner

One of our clients based in Netherlands currently seek a AI Product Owner to join their dynamic team on an initial 3 month contract.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within the telecommunications or entertainment industry.
• Demonstrable experience improving existing products with AI technologies — particularly NLP, chatbots, voice assistants, and contact centre automation.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially in the context of customer support.
• Familiarity with case studies or past implementations of automation in contact centres using AI.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Business-first mindset with a passion for delivering measurable impact.
