Integration Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ICT/telecoms systems on major data centre projects across Europe from pre-construction to handover
• Lead project teams, drive performance through mentoring, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Oversee design, construction, commercial, and HSQE aspects of project delivery
• Manage scope, budget, programme, and resources; identify delays and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with scope, safety protocols, and accreditation requirements
• Promote a strong safety culture with briefings, site walkthroughs, and proactive risk reporting
• Lead client meetings and communicate progress through clear, consistent reporting
• Monitor financial performance, costs, and KPIs throughout the project lifecycle
• Foster continuous improvement via feedback, lessons learned, and team collaboration
• Perform under pressure with a strong focus on quality, safety, and delivery

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Project management and safety certifications: APM PFQ, CSCS, VCA-VOL
• Additional certifications (desirable): APM PMQ, CTPM®, SMSTS
• Strong leadership, communication, and digital collaboration skills
• Experienced in fast-paced, high-pressure construction environments
